We are the largest UK manufacturer of solid fuels and the only manufacturer to have its own distribution network and we continue to be open for business as usual.

We have plenty of stocks of all fuels, enough to last for many months. We know our fuels are hugely important to many customers as they are often the main source of heating in the home and we would like to re-assure you that we will keep on delivering all of your orders as soon as we can.

Like so many other businesses we continue to adjust to the challenging conditions we all find ourselves in, and as we are currently experiencing high levels of demand for our fuels, some of our delivery times are slightly longer than usual in some parts of the country.

Our delivery team have specific instructions on how to deliver whilst maintaining social distancing protocols, for both your and their safety. Where possible, we would encourage you to pay by card when placing your order to avoid the need for cash handling, or to pay by card if you are visiting one of our cash and carry sites.
