Traditional House Coal Doubles

For open fires

Sometimes you just can’t beat tradition and our Traditional House Coal is a classic fuel which has been used across the UK for decades, keeping houses warm through even the coldest winters. A popular coal for use on open fires and some coal burning appliances, Traditional House Coal is easy to light, burns with a long and strong flame, and has a low ash content, making it relatively easy to clean up afterwards.

  • Easy to light
  • Burns with a long, naturally attractive flame
  • Low ash content
  • Easy to clean up after
  • Sourced from UK mines
  • Not for use in smoke controlled zones

Traditional house coal is not suitable for smoke controlled areas. If you need a smokeless coal we recommend our Homefire or Ecoal50 ranges.

All of our coal products have been washed for your safety and convenience.
