Thank you for testing CPL’s new Homefire Olive Briquettes

We’d like to thank everyone who gave their feedback about CPL’s Homefire Olive Briquettes – the first product from CPL’s innovative new Next Generation Biomass Fuels range.

By taking part in the testing of CPL’s new products, you are helping us to make important decisions about the future of solid fuel.

We asked testers to try Olive Briquettes on their home appliances and when it comes to heat output, customers gave it the thumbs up with 65% giving it 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 5.

Multi-fuel stove users were particularly impressed with the briquettes with 77% rating it as 4 out of 5 or 5 out of 5 for heat output.

Customers also found the briquettes easy to light with 76% rating this factor as 4 out of 5 or above.

Open fire users found the briquettes particularly easy to light with 86% rating this as 4 out of 5 or above.

For attractiveness, 40% of customers gave the briquettes 4 out of 5, with 26% of testers giving it 5 out of 5.

Homefire Olive Briquettes, which recently won the Green Award at the 2016 Glee trade show, are suitable for use on open fires, wood burners, multi-fuel stoves, closed appliances and chimeneas, making them an all year round fuel.
