Ordering and Delivery

• Minimum order value of £50 on all solid fuel and related items applies.
• Prices shown include VAT and delivery and are in British Pounds Sterling (GBP).  All payments are to be made in advance of delivery / service by debit or credit card.
• Only one voucher code may be used per transaction and must be used before the expiry date.
• The price displayed on the website may be lower than the price quoted if ordering on the CPL Distribution Order Line.
• We would ordinarily deliver your order within 10 working days unless otherwise stated.
• Deliveries are all day weekdays.  We cannot offer specific delivery times or dates at the current time.
• We deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified and given a full refund.  Typically we deliver to mainland England and Wales.
• Product supplied in 50kg open sacks will be tipped by the delivery driver into a suitable storage container such as a coal bunker.  Open Sacks are reusable and will not be left at the customers premises.
• A charge may be made for re-delivery of your order, if you fail to notify us at time of order of any vehicle access restrictions or issues that may prevent us delivering to your property.
• If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in original packaging and condition.
• Orders supplied are subject to your responsibilities in understanding and complying with the Clean Air Act. 
• All products are subject to availability (not all our depots stock every product).
• All sizes are approximate.
• All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.
• Packaging may vary to that shown.
• CPL Distribution Ltd reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw products without prior notice.
