Order & Delivery Terms

  • Minimum order value is £50 on all solid fuel and related items applies.
  • If your card has been declined for any reason you will be contacted via email, you will be asked to contact us within the next 14 working days with your card details so we can process the order for you. If we are not contacted within that time, we will assume the order needs to be cancelled.
  • We will endeavour to deliver your solid fuel order within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated, if delivery is likely to be more than 5 working days we will ring you to advise you of a delivery date. 
  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products should be returned in original packaging and condition.
  • We can deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified and given a full refund.
  • Prices shown in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) include delivery.
  • Deliveries are all day weekdays.  Saturday delivery before noon may be requested, though cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge.
  • All products are subject to availability (not all our depots stock every product).
  • All orders over £50 must be signed for on delivery.
  • A small charge will be made for re-delivery if not at home when agreed.
  • All sizes are approximate.
  • All accessories shown are not included unless otherwise stated.
  • All prices include VAT.
  • All prices are correct at time of going to press.
  • CPL Distribution Ltd reserves the right to amend prices or withdraw products without prior notice.
