Delivery information

We will endeavour to deliver your order within 3-5 working days unless otherwise stated, if delivery is likely to be more than 5 working days we will ring you to advise you of a delivery date.

We deliver to 80% of UK mainland properties, if we cannot deliver to your property for whatever reason you will be notified and given a full refund. Typically we deliver to mainland England and Wales.

Deliveries are all day weekdays. Saturday delivery before noon may be requested, though cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to an additional charge. Please read our full terms and conditions before placing an order.

We have not had any coal for a long time but asking around pals you were very highly recommended and it is easy to see why. no problems with ordering, being told in advance what day our order would be delivered and delivery was prompt.

As good as any.Burns cleanly and is slow burning while delivering excellent heat.

I have used a few different fuels but find the Homefire Ovals to be excellent as they have a great heat output,will slumber all night and no wastage at all, so easy all round.
