How long will the delivery take?

Once you have placed your order we will work hard to deliver to your property within 10 working days. If we anticipate any delay then one of our customer service team will call you to advise of a revised date. Please note that some of the larger items, such as the coal bunkers, may take up to 14 working days for delivery.

We deliver to the majority of mainland England and Wales, and approximately 80% of all UK mainland properties. If we are unable to fulfil your delivery you will be notified and a full refund will be provided.

Deliveries are typically made all day during weekdays, between 8am and 6pm. You may request a Saturday delivery before noon, although this cannot be guaranteed and may incur an additional charge.

Where will the driver deliver to?

If you order large quantities of certain products and require a half pallet or full pallet, then we will deliver to the most suitable location on your property. This is because we will use a pump truck to complete the order and this vehicle needs a suitable surface to deliver to. If there is an unsuitable surface at your property, for instance a gravel driveway, then the nearest suitable point may be on the pavement.

Smaller items, such as single and multi-buy solid fuel products can be delivered to your door, garden or coal bunker. Please specify during your order where you would like the products delivered to. We aim to save you the strain on your back by delivering to your preferred location.

Please note that many of the larger accessories may come delivered as flat pack. If this is the case then full instructions will be included within the product on how to assemble correctly.

What is the call before delivery service?

To keep you up to date with your deliver, you can request a call the day before we expect to arrive. One of our friendly team will then be in touch to let you know the day before your order will be delivered to your property. To take advantage of this service, please select during the checkout process to request a call the day before the delivery date.

Is there any charge for delivery?

One of the best things about Coals2u deliveries is that they are completely free of charge. Simply select the fuels you wish to buy and, once you have reached the £50 minimum order point, your order can be completed with no cost for delivery. This means that you can buy as much as you want without incurring any additional charge for delivery.
